Wild Harvest

The Chanterelles (cantharellus cibarius) are in season. There are two spots where we collect them. Shh, it's our secret! I'll let you know ..... the beech nuts might be a bit of a give-away...

 Here they are, ready for cleaning.

Then into the frying pan with butter for a quick flash....

Add the cream...

Voila! Lunch is served... Bon appetit!
